Restaurant Unstoppable
Restaurant Unstoppable is the #1 restaurant industry podcast in the world. The host, Eric Cacciatore, published episode one back in 2013. Today it boasts over 800 episodes and publishes 1.5 episodes per week. Restaurant Unstoppable is a guest/host interview type podcast where Eric interviews successful and nationally recognized leaders in the restaurant industry, so that listeners can be inspired and learn how to improve their operations and, more importantly, their lives.
Where Does Su Madre Come In?
The founder of Su Madre, Jared Parisi, was hired by RU back in 2016 in order to take up the back-end work including:
- Audio editing
- Video editing
- Social media manager
- Graphic designer
- Onsight recording/filming
- Su Madre handles approximately 50% of the RU workload
In 2020, RU launched the Restaurant Unstoppable Network, an online paid membership platform hosted on the Mighty Networks platform. Su Madre handles all audio editing and video editing/publishing/uploading for the RUNetwork.
